Pricing (Cash Payment)

Cash investors will receive a discount off the sales price.

Existing Club Ultima members get a PHP 300,000 discount from the current selling price. Discount applies only to the first Unit purchased. Members with a one (1) room night privilege must upgrade to a seven (7) room night privilege to avail of the members’ price.

For non-members, the price includes a Club Ultima membership with an additional seven (7) FREE night stays annually at any of the Crown Regency chain of hotels except for the Crown Regency Resort & Convention Center. These seven (7) FREE night stays are cumulative with no expiration and can be resold if the investor desires. Also, you have the option to enroll with Interval International, subject to payment of the regular fees and dues imposed by Interval International.

All contracts to sell will be denominated in Philippine Peso. All checks, foreign drafts, wire transfers or other means of payment acceptable to developer will need to be converted into PHPeso before presentment.
