Club Ultima Lifetime Membership

Membership Qualifications

Membership applications are endorsed by a Club officer or bonafide member of the Club. Qualified applicants are those over 21 years of age who have received an invitation to join. Acceptance to the Club is subject to approval by the Membership Acceptance Board. Active members are encouraged to sponsor their associates and friends to become Club members.

Individual Membership

Individual membership is available to individuals and their spouses, as well as to their children below 21 years of age. They are entitled to use the facilities and services of the Club and the Club network upon compliance with the terms and conditions of membership.

Corporate Membership

A corporate membership may nominate up to three (3) individuals (corporate nominees) who are over 21 years of age. Corporate nominees, their spouses, and their children below 21 years of age are entitled to use the facilities and services of the Club and the Club network upon compliance with the terms and conditions of membership.

Membership Dues

Dues are payable at the latest every 5th of each month as payment in advance for the corresponding current month. In the case of corporate membership, the monthly dues may be paid either by the corporation or the nominees. Collection of monthly dues shall commence upon opening the club.

Club Ultima reserves the right to change the monthly fee structure at any time with prior notice.

Transferability of Membership

Individual and Corporate membership shall be transferable by their initial transferees only after two (2) years from the Grand Opening of the Club as approved by the Membership Acceptance Board, or after the Club shall have sold or transferred a number of membership rights as determined and approved by the Board of Directors.

Club Ultima Network Privileges

All active members will be entitled to membership privileges at all of the upcoming Club Ultima locations: Club Ultima Mactan, Club Ultima Baguio, Club Ultima Manila, Club Ultima Makati, Club Ultima Batangas, Club Ultima Iloilo, Club Ultima Bacolod, Club Ultima Cagayan de Oro, Club Ultima Davao.

The room night advantage

Club Ultima members are entitled to free hotel room accommodation under the following conditions:

• Lifetime no-expiry transferable privilege
• For Individual A membership, one (1) room night is earned upon full payment of the annual dues.
• For Individual A International, seven (7) room nights are earned upon full payment of annual dues.
• For Individual B International, fourteen (14) room nights are earned upon full payment of annual dues.
• For Corporate B International, twenty one (21) room nights are earned upon full payment of annual dues.

• Cash
• 12 months equal installment non-interest bearing
• 24 months equal installment non-interest bearing

PROCEDURES OF MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION

Submission of application requirements

• An individual, company, or association applying for membership must submit to the Membership Acceptance Board the following requirements.
• Application forms for membership duly endorsed by a Club officer or a bona fide member of good standing.
• For companies and associations, Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) incorporation and partnership papers: board resolution confirming the membership application and names of nominees.

Evaluation

• Payment of entry fees based on approved plan
• After processing the application documents based on the membership guidelines approved by the Club Board, the Membership Acceptance Board shall assess the applicant’s qualification. If the applicant is unanimously approved by the Membership Acceptance Board, the applicant will be recognized as a bona fide member with all the appropriate benefits and privileges.
• The Sales Office shat confirm and make official the applicant’s membership with a Membership Kit.

LIFETIME MEMBER BENEFITS AND PRIVILEGES:

• Free Yearly Room Nights depending on membership category at any Crown Regency Hotels at Cebu, Guadalupe, Mactan, and Davao.
• Free use of Gym, Swimming Pool and other facilities at Club Ultima Tower and Crown Regency Hotels.
• 30% Discount on all Hotel Rooms of Crown Regency chain of hotels nationwide.
• 30% – 50% Discount on any of the Sports facilities like; Badminton, Gym, Boxing, Wall Climbing, Basketball, Volleyball, and all other sports facilities at Metrosports – Lahug and Mactan, Club Ultima Tower.
• 20% – 50% Discount on all Spa, Wellness services at Regency Spa.
• 10% – 50% Discount on all services at Osmeña Tower 2.
• 50% – 100% Club Ultima membership appreciation of prices once allowed to re-sell after 2 years, holding period.
